Town Shield re-design evolution

Shefford has changed out of all proportions since I moved here as a kid. Since about 2005 the town has really significantly changed.

I have been thinking about this for a while and I thought it might be time for the town shield to represent that gradual change, keeping the traditional elements but modernising it and simplifying it. These are just my design thoughts. I’m guessing others have various thoughts on the history and traditions of our town too.
